The whole automatically controlled internal & external screw thread machine adopts the hydraulic auto cutter feeding and withdrawing system to suppress a certain length (according to customers requirements) internal and external screw-threads, and adopts the machine hand to adjust the certain length of the raw tube length (according to the customers requirements), also can make the internal and external screw-threads of the whole tubes. The feeding holder controls the axial movement of the tubes with the cylinder, and the discharging holder also adopts the cylinder control; so the equipment is at the absolute leading position in China. This equipment can process the optimum performance dry-evaporator tubes, these processed tubes can used as the high-efficiency tubes which heat-exchange of the internal & external surface is strengthened; the internal screw thread enhances the transmission flow, and external screw thread enhances the external surface heat-transfer coefficient in the area which the thermal resistance should be controlled; so the total heat-transfer coefficient is improved.
